This Warranty covers the normal operation of products and excludes damage caused by:

1. Abnormal voltage or usage of generator

2. Accident, negligence, abuse, improper use,

3. Fire, flood, and natural disasters.

4. Unauthorized repairs and alterations.

5. Normal wear and tear.

6. Carbon brush, seal, gear, body case, grease, and other spare parts that are prone to wear and breakage.

7. Unable to provide sales receipts or invoices.

8. The serial number on the tool and the stamps on the battery and charger have been tampered with or removed.
